Education
Support services
Businesses serving educational institutions and applicants.
These four sell into someone else's deadline. A visa rule shifts, a board revises a syllabus, a fee cycle collapses, and the buyer starts researching at eleven at night. Their first question now goes to an assistant, not to a counsellor or a sales rep. Answer it in public, with sources, and the enquiry arrives already half-qualified.
Where the answer is being lost
These businesses get consulted after the engine has answered.
A student with an offer in hand and a year of savings at stake asks “Which country is cheapest for an Indian student to do a masters” and receives a costed comparison, with living expenses and post-study work rules attached. A principal facing a board compliance deadline asks for the best school management software and gets a shortlist of vendor names and a reason for each. The counselling centre down the road and the ERP firm that has run CBSE schools for a decade are not in either reply. Neither buyer knew they existed to be shortlisted. A year and a deposit go elsewhere.
How we win this
The programme for support services
Disclose what others hide
Every business here is suspected of something. The counsellor of taking a commission, the consultant of inflating a result, the vendor of hiding the real price. Publishing the thing you are assumed to be concealing, the partner list, the fee, the scope of what you do not do, is the fastest way to become the answer an engine is willing to repeat.
Publish the number first
Ask any of these four what it costs and the answer arrives in a meeting. Meanwhile the buyer has asked an engine, and the engine has answered with whoever did publish a number. Cost, scope and what sits outside it belong on an answer page, with the assumptions written down. Vagueness reads as evasion to a parent and to a trustee alike.
Be one identifiable entity
An engine has to work out whether your firm is the counsellor or the university, whether this year's edition is the one on the prescribed list, whether your fee module is a product or a feature. Schema settles it. We define the organisation, the people, the titles and the modules as distinct entities, so the right thing gets attributed to you.
Written to be forwarded
Two of these four sell to a committee, and a committee meets once a season. Nothing published will change that date. What it changes is what the administrator brings into the room: a page that answers the price question, the migration question and the board-compliance question in the same place, and that needs no salesperson attached to it.
The mix that carries it
Content
Answer and comparison pages
Cost, process, eligibility and comparison pages built for direct extraction, not for a reader who scrolls.
Content
GEO blogs and authority content
The definitive written answer to the questions your buyers put to an engine, structured so it can be lifted and attributed.
Foundation
Entity and schema engineering
Structured data and entity definition so engines know exactly what you are, where you operate, and what you are credible in.
Measurement
AI Presence tracking
Standing measurement of inclusion, share of answer and competitor movement as models update.
Authority
Original data and benchmarks
Proprietary numbers, surveys and benchmarks — the most-cited asset class there is, because nobody else has them.
Authority
Directories and profile consistency
Every listing, registry and profile saying the same thing, so the entity resolves to one business instead of three.
The constraint we work inside
Nobody here can promise an admission, a visa or a scholarship, and we will not write copy that implies one. Adoption by a school committee and procurement by a trustee stay slow and price-led. What content changes is which names are in the room and what is already believed about them.
Specialisations
4 total
The pitch is different for each one, because the buyer, the trigger and the rules on what may be published are different for each one. Open the one that is yours.
A student asks “Which country is cheapest for an Indian student to do a masters” months before applying, and treats the engine's reply as neutral because it is not earning a commission.
The question deciding this today
“Which country is cheapest for an Indian student to do a masters”
- Who they sell to
- Students applying to foreign institutions
- Who signs
- The student and their parents
- What starts it
- Application cycle, visa policy change, university offer, funding search
- Cost of staying invisible
- A year lost and a deposit spent on an application that fails
The reply comes from aggregator blogs, university marketing and a handful of forum threads, all of it generic and much of it a revision or two out of date. Your counsellors know what a Dublin or Hamburg year actually costs, which offers are worth deferring and which funding routes closed last month. None of that is written down anywhere a model can reach. The parent funding the degree never sees your name, and the deposit goes to whoever answered.
What we would run
- 01Answer and comparison pages
One page per country-and-course pairing, carrying tuition, living cost, application and visa fees, post-study work rights and the total first-year outlay in rupees, with every figure dated and sourced to the issuing authority.
The cheapest-country question is a sum, and a model will repeat a sum it can trace. Parents doing the same arithmetic on a spreadsheet find the page that already did it.
- 02Original data and benchmarks
A maintained cost table across the countries you actually place into, rebuilt each intake from published tuition schedules, embassy fee notices and student cost-of-living surveys, with the method and the exchange rate assumption stated on the page.
It is the one thing an aggregator will not maintain. A sourced table gets cited, and being the source behind the answer is how a commission-suspicious buyer starts trusting you.
- 03GEO blogs and authority content
Rule-change explainers written within days of a visa or dependant-policy notification: what changed, the clause it sits in, who it affects by intake, and what a student mid-application should do differently.
Policy news is the moment a family stops and re-researches everything. Whoever explains the change first becomes the reference for the country question that follows it.
- 04AI Presence tracking
A standing check on how the models answer the cost, country and visa questions for your intakes, flagging when an answer goes stale after a policy change and which pages need rewriting that week.
Study abroad rules change between intakes, sometimes mid-cycle. A page that was right last intake is a liability this one, and an engine drops sources it catches being wrong.
- 05Digital public outreach
Your named counsellor on the record with the education desks when a visa, dependant or funding rule changes: the explanation attributed to a person, with the firm named and whatever university representation you hold declared in the same breath.
Commission suspicion is not answered by saying it again yourself. It is answered when somebody with nothing to sell quotes you, and a model already treats those outlets as sources.
What we would not recommend
- Reddit. The Indian study-abroad subreddits exist because students want one room agents are not in, and most of them bar consultancies by rule. A counsellor posting there, disclosed or not, is read as the thing the forum was built to keep out.
- Reviews and testimonials. A wall of admit and visa testimonials proves that people who paid you were pleased. That is the one form of evidence a parent who suspects a commission discounts first, and the sourced cost table does more for you than any of it.
- Instagram. The offer-letter reel is what the aggressive agencies already run, in the same edit, to the same audio. Scrolling past, a family cannot tell you apart from them, and independence is a case you make on paper with sources attached.
- X. A visa notification is posted, mis-read and corrected there inside an hour, and none of it survives the week. What a family checks in March is a dated page with the clause on it.
What a lead looks like
A father in Coimbatore rings on a Sunday evening with two offers in front of him, one German and one Irish, and your cost table open on his son's laptop. He has done the same arithmetic himself and it came out where yours did. What he wants from the call is the dependant work rule under last month's notification, which you wrote up, and whether deferring the Irish offer to January costs him the fee waiver.
What we measure
- Inclusion on cost and country prompts
- Cost table cited by name
- Rule-change pages live within a week
- Enquiries arriving with an offer in hand
What changes
A parent who has read your country cost comparison and wants to talk about two shortlisted universities, not about whether you are worth a fee. A reapplicant who knows why last cycle failed and wants the profile-gap work priced. An academic head asking whether your revised edition maps to the new syllabus before the buying window. A principal who has read your per-student pricing and asks about mid-year migration. Fewer tyre-kickers, later conversations.
