Education
Teaching, credentialing and the systems that support it.
Education is chosen once and lived with for years, so the deciding happens quietly. A parent comparing schools, an aspirant comparing coaching centres, a training head comparing an LMS: each researches for months and contacts nobody until the shortlist is made. That shortlist is now assembled by an assistant that names a few institutions and gives its reasons, and the ones left out never learn they were considered.
Where the answer is being lost
Education gets compared in private, months before the first enquiry.
A father in Pune types “Is IB or IGCSE better for admission to US universities” and gets a considered answer naming boards, schools and trade-offs. A learning and development head types “Best LMS for compliance training in a mid-size company” and gets a shortlist of vendors with reasons attached. Neither opens a prospectus, a rankings table or a demo form. The school that has taught both boards for years, and the platform built for exactly that use case, are simply not in the reply. They lose the enquiry before they know it exists.
How we work here
The programme for education
Own the comparison question
Almost nothing decisive is asked as a brand name. It is asked as a comparison or a threshold: IB against IGCSE, private against deemed, the score a visa actually requires. Answer-pages are the unit of work here, one page per real decision, written to be lifted whole. A prospectus cannot be quoted. A comparison page written straight can.
Proof, never a promise
Placement rates, pass rates and visa outcomes are the claims buyers check hardest and regulators watch closest. An engine will not repeat a number it cannot source. So we publish the cohort, the method and the denominator behind whatever you can genuinely stand behind, through data-assets and schema, and leave the rest unsaid. Nothing is guaranteed to a student under pressure.
Answer the buried question
Every education buyer carries one question they will not put in an enquiry form. Parents ask about safeguarding. Employers ask whether a certificate can be verified. Applicants ask whose commission funded the advice they were given. Answering those plainly, in blogs and answer-pages, is what gets a name cited, because almost nobody in this category will write them down.
Cycles, committees and expiry
Education content has a shelf life. Syllabus revisions, exam pattern changes and shifting study-visa rules break a page without warning, so monitoring and a rewrite calendar are part of the work, not an extra. And where the buyer is a committee, a tender or a state scheme, content will not close anything. It gets you read at prequalification. We say so.
In education the thing you are forbidden to promise is exactly the thing an engine needs you to prove.

The enquiries change shape. A parent who has already read how you handle safeguarding and pastoral care, asking for a visit date. An applicant who knows the intake criteria and is not asking whether they qualify. A training head who has read your compliance-training methodology and wants pricing for two hundred seats. The count may not jump. The enquiries arrive later in the buyer's process, from people whose main objection you have already answered.
