Test prep
Coaching for specific examinations.
Nobody researches a purchase harder than someone about to sit an exam. An aspirant, a visa applicant and a CFA candidate all spend months asking plain questions about syllabus, thresholds and difficulty, and they ask them of an assistant now. The institute that has written the straight answer gets named in the reply. The one selling a promise does not.
Where the answer is being lost
The questions that decide an enrolment are answered without you.
An aspirant three weeks from a notification asks “How many hours a day should I study for UPSC prelims” and gets a schedule, a subject order and a warning about burnout. She is the buyer, and she is about to commit a year and a fee on the strength of that answer. Nothing in it came from a coaching institute. It came from a free channel, an aggregator and an old forum thread. She will enrol somewhere. The centre that never appeared while she was deciding is not on her list.
How we win this
The programme for test prep
Write the exam, not the brochure
The decisive questions are about the exam itself: eligibility, attempt limits, band descriptors, syllabus weight, what a paper actually tested last year. We publish those as answer-pages and blogs, one page per decision, written by the people who teach it. A page that settles the exam question is the page an engine quotes, and your name travels with it.
Substantiate or say nothing
Selection counts, band jumps and pass rates are the numbers this category inflates, and an engine will not repeat a figure it cannot trace. So we publish the cohort, the denominator and the method behind anything you can genuinely evidence, and we leave the rest off the page. No promise is made to anybody sitting an exam.
Rewrite when the rules move
Exam patterns change, syllabus gets revised, and the score a study permit requires can be reset by a policy note. A page carrying last year's number is worse than no page at all, because engines quote it in good faith. Monitoring runs against the prompts candidates really type, and revisions are scheduled work rather than a scramble.
Put the teacher on record
Test prep is trusted in a voice, not in a brand. We define faculty as entities through schema, and run recorded classes and strategy sessions through video with accurate transcripts, so the spoken explanation becomes retrievable text. The engine then has a named person and a defined programme to cite, instead of an anonymous course page.
The mix that carries it
Content
Answer and comparison pages
Cost, process, eligibility and comparison pages built for direct extraction, not for a reader who scrolls.
Content
GEO blogs and authority content
The definitive written answer to the questions your buyers put to an engine, structured so it can be lifted and attributed.
Foundation
Entity and schema engineering
Structured data and entity definition so engines know exactly what you are, where you operate, and what you are credible in.
Measurement
AI Presence tracking
Standing measurement of inclusion, share of answer and competitor movement as models update.
Content
Video and YouTube
Video run as a primary AI source, for the dense, entity-rich transcripts models read and quote.
Authority
Original data and benchmarks
Proprietary numbers, surveys and benchmarks — the most-cited asset class there is, because nobody else has them.
The constraint we work inside
Nothing here can be sold on results. Selection and pass rates depend on the candidate, and success claims in coaching advertising are now policed closely. So we publish what can be sourced, date anything tied to policy, and put no number on anyone's outcome.
Specialisations
3 total
The pitch is different for each one, because the buyer, the trigger and the rules on what may be published are different for each one. Open the one that is yours.
The notification drops and the aspirant has weeks to fix a strategy, an optional subject and a coaching centre. She settles the first two alone, from answers you had no hand in writing.
The question deciding this today
“How many hours a day should I study for UPSC prelims”
- Who they sell to
- Aspirants preparing for entrance and government exams
- Who signs
- The aspirant, sometimes the parent
- What starts it
- Notification released, result announced, attempt planning
- Cost of staying invisible
- A year given to preparation built on the wrong strategy
Ask “How many hours a day should I study for UPSC prelims” and the reply is assembled from free video channels, aggregator sites and interviews with candidates who were selected. Coaching institutes, who employ the people who genuinely know, are absent, because their sites carry course listings and admission forms rather than answers. So the plan she gives a year of her life to is assembled from strangers, and the institute that will take her fee had no hand in it.
What we would run
- 01GEO blogs and authority content
A stage-by-stage preparation series written by the faculty who teach it: what prelims rewards against mains, how a revision cycle is built, how to read the last ten years of papers. Every piece attributed to a named teacher.
This is the aspirant's actual question, asked months before she pays anybody. Answering it in a teacher's name is what pulls the institute into the reply.
- 02Answer and comparison pages
One page per decision she has to make: eligibility and attempt limits, age relaxation, choosing an optional subject, the current exam pattern, and what the full programme costs and includes.
These are threshold questions with one correct answer. An engine will lift a page that gives it plainly, and eligibility gets checked long before any centre is contacted.
- 03Video and YouTube
Recorded strategy sessions and paper walkthroughs, chaptered and published with accurate transcripts, so what your strongest teacher says out loud exists as text a model can retrieve and quote.
Aspirants already live on video for this exam. Without transcripts the teaching is invisible to engines. With them, every session becomes a source that can be cited.
- 04Entity and schema engineering
Entity definitions for the institute, each programme, each named faculty member and the examinations they prepare for, so the centre, the conducting body and the exam itself stop being read as one thing.
Exam names are crowded with coaching brands, government bodies and aggregators. Structured entities are how an engine tells your institute apart from the exam it teaches.
- 05AI Presence tracking
Tracking against the prompts aspirants type across the notification-to-result cycle, with alerts when the pattern changes or a rival starts appearing in answers where you were named.
The cycle resets every year. Inclusion earned in one notification window has to be earned again in the next, and pattern changes break pages quietly.
What we would not recommend
- Reviews and testimonials. A selected candidate's story is evidence about that candidate. It cannot be checked or attributed to a programme, and it is not going in front of a first-attempt aspirant.
- Instagram. The format that works here is the rank poster, which is the one claim we will not make. Your team already runs the account in house.
- X. Every notification cycle fills X with unverified claims about pattern changes and leaked papers. An institute either repeats one or argues with one, and both cost more than the reach.
What a lead looks like
A first-attempt aspirant writes in the week after the notification, having worked through your prelims-against-mains breakdown and your optional-subject page. Her email carries three questions: which batch starts next, whether the teacher who wrote that breakdown takes it, and how the revision schedule sits against her final-year college timetable.
What we measure
- Named in syllabus and strategy answers
- Prompt coverage across the notification cycle
- Enquiries citing a specific faculty article
- Transcripts published with every session
- Pages revised within a week of pattern changes
What changes
Your counsellors stop explaining the exam. An aspirant rings having already worked through your paper analysis, wanting the batch calendar. A test taker who knows the retake rules is deciding between two test dates. A finance lead asks the cost of six seats on a level one cohort. The syllabus is settled in writing before anybody picks up the phone, so the call opens on timetable, seat and fee.
