Consumer facing
Personal and local services
Services delivered to individuals nearby.
Gyms, salons, daycares, workshops, pest controllers and wedding photographers all sell to someone who lives nearby and is worried about getting it wrong. That person no longer starts with a star rating and a phone number. They ask an assistant what it should cost, whether it is safe and what to look for, then arrive attached to whoever answered. The business that did not answer never makes the shortlist.
Where the answer is being lost
The qualifying questions are answered without you.
A father in Pune asks 'Is termite treatment safe for homes with children and pets' and gets a careful reply about chemicals, ventilation and re-entry times. It cites a national brand and an aggregator. The firm that has treated that street for years is absent. The same thing happens to a couple asking 'What should a wedding photography package cost in Pune'. They reach three studios already anchored to a number a stranger published, so the conversation opens on discount rather than on the work.
How we work here
The programme for personal and local services
Publish the price band
Price is what these buyers ask about first, and the trade almost never answers in public. 'How much does packing and moving cost from Pune to Bangalore' already has an answer, assembled from aggregator listicles. We build answer-pages that carry a real range, the variables that move it and what sits outside the quote. Quote-on-request keeps your pricing private and hands the anchor to somebody else.
Answer the suitability question
'Is reformer pilates suitable for someone with lower back pain' is not a marketing question. It is a screening question, and the honest answer sometimes excludes the reader. Blogs and video that name who a service suits, who it does not, and what it will not fix get cited as advice. Where children or medical treatment are involved, claims go out only when they are true and qualified.
Legible at street level
'Which gyms in Wakad have personal training and are open early' can only be answered from facts a machine can read. Opening hours per branch, service radius, which trainers hold which certification, what each location actually offers. Most operators hold this on a reception board. Schema, listings and website work put it where the engine looks, and make your directory profiles agree with each other.
Work around the aggregators
Platforms own the booking in home services. Instagram owns the wedding portfolio. Review count owns the salon. We are not going to out-publish them, so we take the narrow surface they handle badly: the reasoning behind a recommendation. Reviews structured for retrieval, consistent listings and digital-pr in local and trade press mean that when an engine names two options, one of them is you.
These are the most searched businesses in the country and the least written about, because the work happens in person and nobody thought the reading mattered.

The enquiries change shape. A parent who has read your ratios and your safeguarding policy rings to arrange a visit, not to ask what you charge. A car owner arrives already holding the brake repair range you published. A family moving to Bangalore sends dates and a flat size instead of asking for a ballpark. Fewer calls, later in the decision, from people who have already settled the thing that worried them.
