Travel and tourism

Selling and servicing journeys.

Every business here sells something a traveller has to plan before they can buy it: a route, a season, a permit, a date. That planning once ran across forums, blogs and a dozen open tabs, and now runs through a single assistant that hands back a finished plan with names already in it. A business missing from that plan is not shortlisted later, because there is no later.

Where the answer is being lost

The itinerary is written before anyone visits your website.

Someone types "What is a realistic ten day itinerary for Ladakh in September" and gets a day-by-day plan with acclimatisation stops and named passes. No operator appears in it unless one has already answered that question in public. The same holds on the sourcing side: "Which DMCs handle inbound groups in Rajasthan" is asked by an overseas partner building a supplier list, and it comes back with three or four names. You lose the trip before the enquiry form exists. The booking still happens, just not with you, and the margin sits with whoever was inside the answer.

How we work here

The programme for travel and tourism

01

Write the plan, not keywords

The retrievable unit in travel is a plan with days, seasons and costs in it. diagnostic shows which of those plans an engine already writes without you. Then answer-pages and blogs supply the mechanics it cannot guess: what September in Ladakh actually involves, how long a permit takes, what a fare covers and what it does not. Specifics get quoted. Brochure prose does not.

02

Fit before volume

Permits, seats, park quotas and hall capacity cap what any of this can be worth. So we do not chase volume. We write the qualifying detail into the answer itself: difficulty, price band, season, who a trip suits and who it does not. The engine repeats those conditions, and the people who arrive have already screened themselves.

03

Be present where engines read

Engines assemble travel answers mostly from other people's pages: forums, review text, map records, trade press. listings and reviews keep the operating facts consistent wherever an engine looks. reddit puts genuine operator knowledge into threads that already get cited. video earns its place here too: transcribed walk-throughs of a trail, a cabin or a venue answer questions text keeps vague.

04

Say where content cannot sell

Tourism boards, heritage sites and national parks buy through tender and promote under conservation limits. Airlines and car rental sit behind aggregators. We do not pretend content produces bookings there. The narrower job is a clean, machine-readable record of timings, entry, seasons and access, built with schema and listings, so the engine quotes the body itself rather than a decade-old blog post.

Ask a model to plan five days somewhere and it returns a list of businesses that got named. By then the days are full.

What changes

The enquiries change shape. A traveller writes with dates, a route and a budget already settled, because the answer she read set them. An overseas agent asks whether you can hold a group in Jaisalmer in November, rather than what you do. A corporate organiser asks about a hall on a date, not for a brochure. Fewer people ask what things cost. More people ask whether the week they have already planned is available.
