When do I get paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer. Once the client's payment reaches us, your 10% goes out with the next monthly payout.
How do I track my referrals?
Every month you get an email statement listing each intro, where it stands and what you earned.
What if the client leaves or doesn't pay?
You earn on money we actually receive. If the client pays, you're paid. If they stop, the commission stops. Nothing already paid to you is ever taken back.
How long does the commission last?
For as long as the client keeps paying us. If they upgrade, your 10% grows with them.
What if they take a while to sign?
Your intro counts if they sign within 6 months of it. We log every intro with the date, so there is no argument later.
Do I need to sell or join calls?
No. A warm intro is all we need. You are welcome on the first call if the client would like you there.
Is there anything I can't do?
Introductions only: no cold email lists, no paid ads on our name, and no promises about results on our behalf.
